Cosmetics Sales Manager W/M

NUWEN is a Groupe Roullier subsidiary and international specialist at the service of manufacturers.
We are an industrial company operating in Health, Food, Cosmetics and in environmental solutions. We manufacture finish products through private label as well as functional, natural and active ingredients for international customers.

To support our development, we are looking for a :

Sales Manager – Cosmetics W/M
Permanent contract – located in United-Kingdom

Within our Cosmetics team, and reporting to our Cosmetics Segment Manager, you will have to further develop and expand our business activity in cosmetics, on a B2B and industrial markets.

On a day-to-day basis, your main missions will be :

– to develop and expand the business in your export area, for our range of products in cosmetics (market survey ; commercial prospection) ;
– to monitor the market (competition, potential clients, raw material cost, regulations) ;
– to develop and monitor the B2B client portfolio by sourcing and pursuing contacts, prospects and partners ;
– to maintain a relationship of mutual trust with the your clients (commercial visits ; invitations ; professional events) ;
– to draft and negotiate commercial contracts in order to optimize your results (margins, volume and market share) ;
– to guarantee customers’ satisfaction (quality follow-up) ;
– to insure the reporting of your commercial activity, to your Business Direction ;
– to participate actively in the export business of our innovations.

Frequent travel is required.

A training course (both on business and technical features) of several weeks will be provided, to ensure you quickly become operational on the raw materials market.

CRITÈRES

Preferably, you graduated in International Business/Sales or Chemical Engineering (or cosmetics formulation).
You have minimum 3 years of experience in sales of technical and innovative products, ideally in the cosmetics or chemical sector (in an industrial environment).
You are an excellent negotiator, you are result oriented and you have strong communication skills.
You also have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and love to take up big challenges.
Your reactiveness, rigor and excellent listening capabilities will give you what it takes to meet your customers' needs.

Knowledge of a second language (French), is an asset.
